I have been meaning to post for more than a month now about the anniversary gift our friend Aideen gave us.\u00a0 (We celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary at the end of April.)\u00a0 Since Christmas, Aideen has been going on and on about how she was going to get us chickens as an anniversary gift.\u00a0 I was not amused.\u00a0 (See also:\u00a0 March 7th post.)\u00a0 I really don’t want to own chickens, for all the reasons listed in that rant.\u00a0 But Aideen was insistent – we were getting chickens for our anniversary!\u00a0 We would love it!\u00a0 There is no stopping Aideen once she gets an idea in her head.\u00a0 You just have to roll with it. <\/p>\n
